No, but it helps. The free Founder Trap Test takes 3 minutes and shows you where you stand. Many Sprint participants start there to get clarity before joining.

How much time do I need per week?

3–4 hours. 90-minute group session plus implementation time. You will be building real tools and applying new pricing to real prospects during the Sprint — not watching videos.

Is this just for consultants?

What if I'm already making good money?
