Do I need to do the diagnostic first?
The diagnostic is included. It is where we start in Month 1. You will complete the full 140-question MACHINE assessment as part of the program, guided by a certified practitioner. No separate purchase needed.
How much time do I need to commit?
4-6 hours per week. 2 hours in group sessions (bi-weekly), 2-4 hours implementing the systems with your team. This is not a passive course. You are building real systems in your real business every week.
What if I fall behind?
The 3 private 1:1 sessions with your certified MACHINE practitioner are specifically designed for catching up and solving blockers. You also have async community access to ask questions between sessions. The program is structured so each month builds on the last, but there is flexibility for your pace.
Can my team join?
Yes. Key team members can attend implementation sessions. Building their capability is part of the program. The goal is that your team can operate the systems you build together, so they become less dependent on you, not more.
What happens after 6 months?
You will have documented, operational systems across all 7 pillars of the MACHINE methodology. Many founders continue in the alumni community to stay accountable. Some upgrade to the We Do It For You engagement for specific pillars where they want deeper practitioner support.
