These measure whether the candidate's practice has the structural conditions to succeed with your methodology.

In practice, extraordinary means:

• The founder shows up personally. You review each partner's first assessments. You sit in on their early delivery calls. You give feedback no scaled program could ever offer. None of this scales — and for 25 people, it doesn't have to.

Collect testimonials that answer objections. Skip the generic praise. Celebration closes the loop. It generates fresh soft signals for the next round, supplies the proof that converts them into hard commitments, and stacks the social proof that makes Cohort 2's selection even more competitive than Cohort 1's.

Run that loop on repeat — signal, convert, select, deliver, celebrate — and you've built what Priestley calls a Campaign-Driven Enterprise.
